Discover The Power Within.

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived… ”

About the classes

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic practice that threads breath and posture. Whole body practice that begins with breath (pranayama) integration. The pace is upbeat and will include postures from seated on the floor to powerful standing warrior poses.

Uplift: Yoga & Hand-weights

A 45-minute class that focuses on mobility, strength and balance with a gentle approach. This class is a fusion of chair yoga poses with the option to use hand-weights. Adding weights to our movement practice improves bone health, challenges the core, and adds a little spice to your day.

Candlelit Flow & Meditation

A cozy, dynamic class by candlelight. Similar to a Vinyasa class, with more time spent close to the ground. This class will flow more slowly with an inner focus to connect to your own internal flame - learn about your heart and what fuels your flame. Expect to move and breath for about 40 minutes then rest and meditate for 20 minutes to end class.

Slow Flow & Meditation

This slow-paced vinyasa flow class invites you to explore the nuance and spaciousness within each pose. Every class will incorporate breathwork to center and ground our practice, as well as stationary and moving meditation. With the breath guiding our movement, we can appreciate everything the present moment has to offer and release anything that no longer serves us.

Gentle Yoga

Move your body with more ease. This 45 minute gentle stretch session is designed to help you feel unstuck and more mobile in your body. If you consider yourself to be “stiff” this class is for you! Great for graceful aging and to improve posture and overall well-being.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding poses for longer periods, typically between 3 to 10 minutes, to target deep connective tissues like tendons and ligaments. This practice promotes flexibility, improves circulation, and encourages a meditative state, making it a complementary approach to more active forms of yoga.
