Discover The Power Within.

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived… ”

About the Teachers

Owner & Founder

Jill Gray

In 2014 Jill jumped head first into the practice of yoga as a way to find more purpose, more joy and more connection. She never imagined it would shape her life in such a profound way. When she signed up for the teacher training, she highly doubted becoming a teacher. To stand in front of a room of people and offer the teachings of yoga seemed out of character and unrealistic. Fast-forward to the end of her first training and the tables have turned. She experienced such power and joy that it now seemed like a disservice to not teach.  She became a yoga teacher at the 200-hour level in 2015 and started teaching power vinyasa, prenatal yoga and restorative yoga immediately. Her purpose as a teacher is to hold space, and to offer glimpses of the true practice of yoga that transformed her own life. She wishes to share the passion of yoga and to illuminate the joy that can be fostered on and off the mat.

Since her first teacher training, she has completed many more certifications. Jill graduated as a 500-hour level teacher in 2017 as well as an aerial yoga teacher and SUP (stand-up paddle board) teacher in 2018. She is currently enrolled in an additional advanced level training now and has spent many weekends in training for therapeutic yoga, yoga for TBI (traumatic brain injury) yoga for kids and more.

What you can expect from a class with Jill: breath work, class will always integrate the power and simplicity of participating with your breath. She will ask you to tune inward and, to be kind. You can expect her classes to have variety, but she prides herself in meeting the students where they are. She strives to offer yoga that’s accessible to all levels of practitioners. She may mix up left from right every so often, but you can expect to feel calm and strong in her care.

Arianna Chojnowski

Ari’s journey into yoga and tai chi began with a passion for helping people overcome life’s greatest challenges—whether it’s recovering from cancer, navigating injury, or finding strength in aging. As a movement lover and lifelong athlete, she realized that one of the most powerful remedies for healing is de-stressing the body. This insight led her to pursue her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Tai Chi certification—not only to guide others, but to deepen her own practice of presence and self-discovery.

With a deep love for running, hiking, paddle boarding, and all things outdoors, Ari sought a practice that would slow her down and reconnect her to the rhythms of her own breath and body. Yoga became her anchor—a daily ritual to restore balance and mindfulness.

Rooted in the same New Hampshire community she grew up in, Ari now teaches locally, sharing her love for healing movement and natural living. As a Functional Health Trainer, she also works privately with clients to support healthier habits and graceful aging. She thrives on collaboration with other wellness practitioners and nature-based healers, building a community that educates and inspires self-healing through the natural world.

Through Remedy Yoga, Ari works behind the scenes as the Studio Assistant and also offers her online classes to the community. Her energy is completely fueled by her passion to help more people stay strong, mobile, and pain-free—anytime, anywhere. With her spunky spirit, contagious enthusiasm, and genuine care, Ari brings both heart and joy to every class she teaches.
